A classic ancient Roman earring style, now rendered in sterling silver with cultured freshwater pearls! This style of earring appears, from extant earrings and encaustic portraits, to have been quite popular in the first few centuries CE.
The earwires are 20 gauge, and are subtly hallmarked (925) on the part of the earwire which will fall behind the ear while worn. The earrings hang about 1 1/8” long.
