Pompeiian Style Pearl Cluster Earrings

These earrings are a modern reproduction, based on what appears to have been a very popular style of earrings in the 1st century CE, with several variations having been found at Pompeii and Herculaneum. These were made using bronze or sterling silver and white cultured freshwater pearls. The earrings measure about 1 inch long, with a diameter of 7/8 of an inch. The earwires are 20 gauge.
The wire is solid, untreated metal and will develop a patina with age and wear, and may react with some people and environments.
A sterling silver version is available upon request (and will take at least 2 weeks for the custom work).
