Hematite Gray Czech Pressed Glass Leaves on Stainless Steel Leverback Hoop Earrings

These 1 1/8 inch long earrings are made using "hematite" (metallic dark gray) Czech pressed glass beads which are shaped like leaves on stainless steel wire and leverback hoop earrings. The little glass leaves are 9mm long. Please check out the photos to see how they look in different lighting.

Please note that these are glass, not the stone hematite. The base glass color is black, which will show through as the metallic coating wears off, and this will happen if these earrings are worn 24/7 (though it took a few months on my test pair). The stainless steel earrings do hold up very well with extended wear, so if you are looking for a pair to wear for the next 6 months straight, I recommend one without a fancy surface finish (see Czech Glass shop section).
