This bracelet uses 12-13mm flat square freshwater pearls (dyed nacre formed over pieces of shell) on bronze wire with a handcrafted hook ant eye clasp. The bracelet measures 8 inches long.
The chain style and clasp are based on ancient Roman designs, though the style of bead used is a completely modern twist.
The bronze wire is uncoated and will develop a patina with age and wear (and may react with certain skin chemistry)- it is also solid bronze and polishes up beautifully.
